  • Meet the builder for a preliminary understanding of the project scope

  • Client financial qualifications whether the project is cash or financed

  • Meet with the builder’s planning team (architect and designer) to create the best possible elevations and floor plans to maximize the natural landscape and views

  • Plans creation and reviews

  • Budget planning (materials, finishes, bids) and financial loan approval

  • Permitting

  • Breaking ground and creation of the construction front-end schedule

  • Weekly progress monitoring throughout the project (address SOW changes as needed)

  • Finalizing the construction back-end schedule at drywall

  • Client walk-through with builder

  • Set closing date

  • Closing walk with builder along with Certificate of Occupancy

  • Closing and ready for move-in

  • Warranty details (manuals, coverage and third party LT coverage options)
